CEO /Founder

As Cheif Executive Officer, Ismat has developed and implemented high-level construction strategies for various businesses like BriteSpace Offices, Pizza Pizza, and Subway Canada. By delivering on major corporate decisions, and managing the overall operations and resources of Dasouki Development, all while demonstrating safety leadership. Regardless of how large or small the project, Ismat continues to oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

Bilal El-Sheikali

CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Bilal performs effective risk management and plans for Dasouki Development’s financial strategy. He takes a hands-on lead of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system. His strong problem solving and creative skills have allowed for the efficient flow of all projects. Bilal maintains strong relationships with lenders and other funding sources to ensure all business plans are successfully met.

Nabil El-Sheikhali

PM

As lead Project Manager, Nabil supports the timely and costly completion of construction projects by overseeing all phases of the project. This entails working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor overall progress. He collaborates with clients and developers to draft contracts and organize a strategic plan to satisfy both parties. Nabil plans and arranges visits to new potential clients and snsure every client receives great support as to establish an unbreakable relationship.
